Introducing . . .

The Peeptini!

If I recall, the idea for this was some sort of a collaboration between my mother, my brother, and me, and my brother came up with the name. This is the perfect drink to enjoy after your Easter dinner.

Ingredients:
3 ounces marshmallow flavored vodka
1 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur (plus a little more for rimming the glass)
Peep colored sugar sprinkles
1 Peep

Rim a martini glass with Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and the sugar sprinkles. Fill a shaker 2/3 full of ice and add the marshmallow vodka and white chocolate liqueur. Shake and pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with a Peep and enjoy!

Quick and Lazy Single Glass Sangria

The early spring weather we have been having lately inspired this recipe.

Quick and Lazy Single Glass Sangria

Put ice in a glass. Fill about 3/4 full of red wine. Add about an ounce of brandy, a little lemon juice, and top off with orange juice. Stir and enjoy. If you don't have brandy, try using rum or vodka (maybe a flavored one would be fun?). If you don't have lemon or orange juice, try using whatever juice you have around. If you're feeling a little less lazy, add cut-up fruit.
